As schools are now broken up and as Covid rules relax, this may be for some a time for a holiday or at least a change of routine for a while. The summer months can be a good time to change things up and try something new.
One food group to consider would be what is often referred to as  Supergreens.  Supergreens is a term given to a group of greens (algaes and grasses) that are nutrient dense superfoods. Supergreens support digestion, energy levels, immune system and skin health. Even if we have a good diet and 'eat our greens', this group of super greens are powerhouses of nutrients and are a great daily addition to our diet. I myself started using Pukka Clean Greens last summer and have used it regularly most days over this last 12 months. Despite this difficult year, I have maintained good energy levels, stayed well and I feel in no small part this has been due to the additional support that this incredible green powder provides.
