New State of the Art Sound System
Presentation and public address needs are now easily met with a state-of-the-art sound system. High quality audio, wireless microphones and lavaliers ensure every message is heard loud and clear. Social events also benefit when music adds an additional layer of ambience. Provide your own loaded MP3 player, or select a genre and we'll cue up the perfect playlist.
Improv Workshop
Improv isn’t just for aspiring SNL cast members. It’s been used as a tool for years by global organizations to unleash creativity, improve communication and listening skills, and promote team building. It’s also a great opportunity to let loose, laugh and bond over some silliness. Workshops are 90 minutes of high-impact fun with Western Michigan University Theater graduate, Jasmine Lake.
Journeyman Distillery Tours
Harbor Country's landmark Featherbone Factory has undergone a painstaking remodel to become our first organic distillery. Explore the history of this old corset factory and the intriguing story of how it came to bear artisan whiskey and spirits. Tours include a tasting and mixology lesson in the tasting room, where old meets new in a very industrial-chic way. Journeyman is also available for private receptions and events up to 200 people.
Acorn Theater
Also in the Featherbone complex, Acorn Theater is a beloved Harbor County venue for live performance and entertainment. With a year round schedule that includes music, theater and film, the Acorn also hosts weekly open mic nights and dance parties. Casual, intimate and surprisingly sophisticated, the Acorn never fails to leave an impression.
