PARK NEWS
Water play
The water play has been fantastic in the hot weather. Lambeth's engineers have been working hard this week to fix a problem that meant it had to close for a few days. It will be closed on 23rd July and 23rd August for routine maintenance.
Compound planning application
MFPP has applied for planning permission to house seven shipping containers in the park's compound from January to November 2021. This short term rental to Father Nature and Trees for Cities has provided vital income to the park as we lost other rentals during the pandemic. To read the application and comment, click here.
APPEAL FOR WITNESSES
Police are appealing for witnesses following a collision involving a three year old girl and an e-scooter in Myatt's around 8.30pm on 19 July. Police were notified in the early hours of Tuesday morning after her condition deteriorated.  Any witnesses yet to speak with police are asked to call the SCIU at Catford Traffic Garage on 020 82851574 quoting CAD 7891/19JUL21
