The volume of articles, podcasts and blog posts about the impending "turnover tsunami" has reached a fever pitch. If you believe the predictions, we'd better prepare for a mass departure of employees. Personally, I've seen an uptick recently in people reaching out to me, seeking advice for how to make a move from a corporate job to something more entrepreneurial.

As we emerge from COVID, employees are increasingly demanding more flexible and fulfilling work, and if companies want to hold on to their people, they're going to have to up their game. And that's good news for all of us, as it means better experiences for employees, and more challenging and important work for us as communications and engagement experts.
