Some answers..

 

At this exact moment, our whole family is in the Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport ready to board the flight to Brazil. So, let us follow up quickly to the last email about Samuel and the vehicle. 

After visiting Vanderbilt Hospital's burn center twice with Samuel, the specialists said it would be best to give it time to see how it heals before considering any skin grafts. And just in the last few days we have seen amazing healing on his fingers! Thank you to all of you who have interceded on his and our behalf.  Because of this, we are flying to Brazil today on time. We will follow up in Brazil with specialists in our city, which has a well known Burn Hospital.

The minivan is in the collision center shop and we won't hear back from them for a few weeks. Thankfully some friends have agreed to handle things for us regarding the van. 

There are so many other things we want to tell you, but it will have to wait for the next update once we are settled in Brazil! Please keep praying for us through this process!
