There is still time to submit your very own video. Some ideas for your video conservation are: a favorite memory you have of MTO; how have the ministries of MTO helped you in your faith; and thoughts about MTO’s next 100 years. Videos can be submitted to the church office; the deadline is Thursday, July 22nd.

Wilcher Family Fire
In late June, Mount Olive members, The Wilcher’s, suffered a devastating electrical fire in their West Allis apartment, losing all of their possessions. Thankfully, no one was injured. They are currently living with grandparents, Patti & Larry Redlin. In order to support the family as they look for temporary housing and restock their home, Mount Olive’s Common Chest fund will match up to $1,500 for the family. If you would to help, please make checks out to Mount Olive and put “Fire” on the memo line.

Day Trip to Noah’s Ark! -- August 6, 2021
What better way to enjoy summer than with a trip to Noah’s Ark in the Wisconsin Dells. Cost: $35, which includes transportation, admission to the park AND a Combo meal at the concession stand: (Cheeseburger, Hot Dog or Brat, Mini Pizza, etc.) and a Regular Drink.
- 8 a.m. Depart Mount Olive with the carpool
- 7 p.m. Return Mount Olive
Youth 7th grade and up are welcome to attend without parent or guardian. Friends welcome. Please reserve and pay by Sunday, August 1st. Checks made out to Mount Olive, drop off in the MTO office or give to Cindy. Please contact Cindy if you are willing to drive (we’ll pay your gasoline cost!) or with other travel arrangements.
P.S. We need 15 people for the group rate. If we don’t meet number, we will still go, but will look for other discounted rates.

August 9 – 12th, 9 a.m. – Noon -- Monday through Thursday
A registration form is attached and also located online at mountolive-elca.net for students 3 years old through 5th grade. Are you entering 6th grade and above? Would you like to assist with “The River of Life” at Mount Olive? Adult volunteers are welcome, too! Please contact Cindy Dobberke at cindy.dobberke@gmail.com. Current openings are in the following areas: Skits, Story Time, Bible Application, Simulation Station, Crafts, and Snacks, plus guides and junior guide positions. We would love for you to join the team this year!
