Hello and happy summer!

As we land in your inbox, we're gearing up for another busy harvest season. 

We'll have tons and tons of fresh local jalapeno peppers landing at the distillery soon, and then it'll be wall-to-wall Bartlett pears all through the fall. If you've ever been here during the harvest season, you probably remember how incredibly aromatic the whole building smells when our production floor is full of fresh produce or fruit.

We're still closed for tours and tastings, but you can channel the magic of being here during pepper season just by opening a bottle of our Green Chile Vodka and inhaling. And for Bartlett season: a deep whiff of our Pear Brandy or Spiced Pear Liqueur will transport you here in an instant.

And speaking of the harvest...

If you’ve ever dreamed of joining our team, this is a rare opportunity to come aboard!

Our small but mighty production team stays plenty busy year-round, but the late summer and fall harvest season is by far our busiest time of year. As we look forward to having literal tons of fresh peppers and fruit flowing through the distillery in the coming months, we're seeking some extra hands to join our crew on the production floor.

Our bottle shop continues to welcome visitors Friday–Sunday 1–5pm!

In case you haven't had the chance to stop in: We're here with all your St. George favorites (like our gins, vodkas, absintheSpiced Pear Liqueur, Bruto, B&E, and NOLA), plus a few harder-to-find spirits that you may not have had the chance to taste just yet. California Shochu? Check. Baller Single Malt Whiskey? Yesss. Our perfect-for-summer Basil Eau de Vie? Yup! (And you can thank us later.)
