Let the Fest Prep Begins!

Our annual Harvest Festival has been a long-standing tradition of Pleasant Grove UMC and for good reason. Through the Festival, we are able to raise funds for important ministry efforts as well as build a meaningful bridge into our community.
Like every year, we need your help to make this Festival a reality. For instance, consider donating your trash and treasures, placing them on the stage in the gym. No TV’s, paint, clothing, or shoes, please. You also can join us in prepping the apples. Contact the Church Office for more info.
Most of all, we encourage you to get the word out to your friends and neighbors so we can have the greatest reach possible. Let’s make this the biggest year yet!

Ice Cream Social
I scream, you scream, we all scream for ICE CREAM! PGUMC is about to have some fun with an Ice Cream social, this Sunday at 4 PM. Of course, all are invited, and we are hoping that some of you might be willing to supply homemade ice cream, cookies, brownies as well as condiments. Contact the Sally Berryhill (205-601-5144) by July 26 for ways you can help.

Bless Our Teachers
As our teachers begin this new year, we hope you consider supporting them. Make a financial gift so we can buy all the Pleasant Grove Elementary teachers lunch and a gift card. Also, let us know in the comment section below if you’d like to be assigned a particular teacher to pray for.
