Introducing ACCELERATOR, MNA's new program that helps you practice these skills in your real job, so you can feel confident about the work you are doing, while growing your career.
This ten-week intensive and interactive manager training will hone your management skills and give you a new network of support. Through weekly meetings (held via Zoom), content released through our online classroom, and chances to connect with practitioners and peers, ACCELERATOR offers opportunities to learn, practice, and discuss how to deliver organizational strategy through effective management of programs and people.

ACCELERATOR attendees will explore self-awareness, trust-based relationships, planning, evaluation, performance management, and inclusive and equitable outcomes. With a focus on practical tools, real-life scenarios, peer discussions, and self-reflection, ACCELERATOR is designed to help you make better decisions, lead your teams successfully, and improve team culture.
Applications are due August 31st. Applicants will be notified on a rolling basis and acceptance is limited, so apply soon!
