Upcoming Event: NEME Fall Tour
November 2021
Michigan, Indiana, North Carolina, & Texas

NEME Senior Research Fellow, Dr. Bruce Fisk, will be attending various conferences in the US during the month of November 2021, and he would like to meet you! 

In between conference activities, Bruce will host conversations about how American evangelicals can engage on the topic of justice and advocacy in Israel/Palestine and the broader Middle East. During the presentations, you will hear more about thinking biblically and theologically about the Holy Land and ways to engage in theology and advocacy that supports our brothers and sisters in Christ around the Middle East.

In Texas, Bruce will be joined by Rev. Dr. Mae Elise Cannon, executive director of Churches for Middle East Peace (CMEP), and Dr. Rob Dalrymple, director of DetermineTruth Ministries.

Author Dr. David Crump joins NEME Senior Research Fellow, Bruce Fisk, to talk about his upcoming book "Like Birds in a Cage: Christian Zionism’s Collusion in Israel’s Oppression of the Palestinian People", coming Fall 2021. 

We hope to have more chats with other authors who are writing about Christianity/evangelicalism as it intersects with issues affecting those in the Middle East. If you would like to recommend a book for us to consider for an upcoming Author Chat, please let us know!
