Continuing back to the Office
Many of us are making our way back to working in the office and this process can be stressful.
It can be noisy and busier than we are used to at home, Here are 5 things that may help your transition:
- Start getting into a routine every day. Even when working a hybrid schedule, it is always helpful to maintain the same work schedule each day.
- Bring your favorite stress reliever into the office. Have a favorite stress toy? Bring it in! Decorate your space with pictures of family or anything that makes you feel comfortable.
- Organize smaller meetings with co-workers outside of the office to get re-acquainted with each other.
- Give yourself and others some grace. Getting back to normal will take time, take breaks, maybe go for a walk. Accept your feelings about coming back into the office as being OK.
