Prayer News and Notes
What an amazing ride! We knew family camps weren’t our Plan A, but God had other plans. We moved forward in obedience and we are celebrating the many, many lives being touched. It’s funny how God works. He didn’t need a certain situation. He was working through COVID. He is working through our family camps and we can rest knowing He will continue to work no matter what lies ahead. Praise Him!

Pray with us!
- SUMMER FAMILY CAMPS ARE GOING GREAT! --- We still have a fair bit of room in our family camps. Send families our way! We have sponsorships available and the week (or weekend) is full of fun activities, chapels, campfires, amazing food and really nothing to worry about. We take care of it all. We’ve heard from so many campers that they loved the week. One mom wrote, “This was a week away where I could play with my kids, have great conversations, and just be together. I didn’t have to worry about what we would eat, or the mess we were making, or where to go next. It was amazing!!” Pray with us that hearts would continue to be touched and lives transformed by Christ.

TELEIOS --- Our second Teleios group started last week. It is amazing to see these students growing together in community and digging into the Bible. We praise God for the youth He has brought and the clear work He is doing in their lives. Pray with us that our staff would have wisdom as they build relationships and challenge these students to lean into Him.
- WISDOM --- Pray for wisdom for our summer programming staff (Jordan and team). The level of our lake is dropping (thanks to drought conditions) at our beach and many of our activities rely on the water and boating. Pray for wisdom and creativity for our staff as they coordinate activities.
- CAMP4U --- Camp4U continues and already we have had over 4000 views across Facebook, Instagram and YouTube! Pray with us that children and families would come to know Christ in a deeper way through this online camp video series.
- SUMMER STAFF --- This continues to be an amazing part of our ministry. We love having students on site to serve, grow and deepen their passion for Christ. It is so amazing to see lives transformed. One of our staff was coming out of a hard season and came on staff to reset, be in community, and find her place. This time has deepened her roots and understanding of Jesus and His deep love for her. Pray our staff would be transformed as they serve, learn, and dig deeper into their faith.
- HEALTH --- We’ve had a bit of a cold (everyone has tested negative for COVID) moving through our staff. It’s a pain to get the tests, isolate, etc. Pray that our staff would strengthen in health and the cold virus would disappear. Pray for wisdom as we continue to navigate the post-COVID decisions.
- MOVING into the FALL --- Our hope is to fill our beds this fall with retreats and groups. Pray groups would have confidence to book. We are also running a FLEX (gap year program) for those who have just finished grade 12. This program allows students to grow in their knowledge of Christ while serving on site. Pray that we would get a few more students enrolled and that word would spread.

God is working and it is a gift to join Him in this work. Thank you for standing with us as we have shifted and pivoted and sought to clearly follow His leading. We thank you for your partnership in this way.
