Jean was having a lot of symptoms that started her, and her family, down a tough path. She had appointments with her doctor and specialists, and for x-rays, MRIs, and other scans; visits to the blood lab; and eventually diagnosis and appointments for pre-treatment.
All this took place over the course of a few weeks — a jam-packed schedule that would have kept Jean’s daughter from her full-time job.
Everyday Hands has been there every step of the way, and now we are escorting Jean to her weekly treatments. Jean’s daughter is even able to listen in for important information when we put her on speaker phone.
We offer door-to-door service for your loved ones’ recurring doctor appointments*, including sitting-in if requested. We are there to:
➢ Get them there prepared and on time
➢ Be an objective note-taker
➢ Report back to families, as appropriate
➢ Help schedule follow-up appointments
➢ Pick up prescriptions at the pharmacy
