An unprecedented 4th edition of the newsletter in one month! Nothing is happening due to the lockdown but things are changing.

Rumours and News
  • The National Championships have been postponed until 23-28 November 2021.
  • The Latrobe Valley Aerobatic Challenge is still scheduled for 7-8th August 2021 but watch for any changes. I wonder what is planned to happen at that Aerobatic Challenge?
  • Pilots intending to fly UPG should advise David of their intentions and planned usage.
  • The AACVC's dinner has been postponed to Saturday the 21st of August at Theodora Bar and Grill in South Melbourne at 6:30pm. All welcome, subject to seats remaining check with president@aacvc.com.au There will be plenty of aerobatics to talk about.  I hope to see you there!
  • There will be an important award presented soon - stay tuned.

Aerobatic Contests

The National Championships at Watts Bridge in Qld have been postponed to 23-28 November 2021. Super Decathlon VH-UPG should be available for pilots to compete up to Sportsman category.

Winter in Melbourne can have some great weather for aerobatics so, especially for those competing at the Nationals, hope for some sunny days after the lockdown in August.
