Parking Study and Survey

The City of St. Pete Beach is in the process of reviewing and updating the off-street parking requirements as they pertain to commercial businesses, such as restaurants and hotels.

This study is intended to analyze parking in commercial areas within the City and how they relate to the overall walkability.

The City is seeking input from its residents on the availability of diverse parking options and how different uses might be beneficial to them.

Please note: This is not a study on residential neighborhoods and will not change permitting or parking protections for those areas.

The survey has been extended through August 2021.  Please participate by visiting our website HERE.

Your input is necessary and critical to aid the City in developing parking requirements that accurately reflect the parking needs of the community.
