- Approval of Meeting Minutes - July 20, 2021 – Regular Meeting
- Public Comments - Any individual or group who wishes to address the board may make a request to be on the agenda to the Board of Elections Staff. Public comments should be limited to three to five minutes.
- Director’s Report
- Cancel absentee meeting scheduled for October 5. During the legal presentation during the state conference earlier this month, it was stated that while absentee board meetings are mandated to start the 5th Tuesday before the election, for a municipal election we can cancel the two earliest ones. Absentee ballots begin going out on October 1st.

- Resolution for the Temporary Transfer of Voters
- 14 voters of the Town of Shallotte located in Precinct CB03, Frying Pan, transferred to Precinct CB02, Shallotte, for the 2021 Municipal Election only.
- One voter of the Town of Shallotte located in Precinct WB03, Longwood, transferred to Precinct CB02, Shallotte, for the 2021 Municipal Election only.
- Annual Reevaluation of Out-of-Precinct Polling Locations
- Southport 1 – located at The Brunswick Center at Southport
- Secession 2 – located at the Holden Beach EOC
- Adoption of updated Rules of Procedure.

*The next meeting of the Board of Elections is scheduled for August 31, 2021 at 6:00 pm to discuss one-stop voting for the 2022 primary election.
