Words of appreciation truly mean a lot

Some nice thank-yous and compliments to employees don't cost anything and could SAVE you a lot of time and money in having to get new employees.

We tend to focus on what people are doing wrong and not always what they are doing right.  Make it a goal for weekly thank-yous or compliments.
