Here's your NICE News for August! We've made a start with our new financial year and await the recommencement of our services in September. Expect a snapshot of our services over the past year, a taste of what's ahead and exciting ways you can be involved.

What a year! We've been glad to welcome many new faces and see familiar ones return. We are always inspired by the milestones reached and progress with recovery. Know someone who could benefit from our services? Point them in our direction by getting in touch!

Thank you very much to the ladies team at Staverton Park Golf Club who hosted a Golf Day on Saturday in aid of NICE, raising over £1,000 for our services! The ladies team have chosen NICE as their charity of the year, we are very grateful to have been picked for this partnership and look forward to hearing all about the fundraising activity they have planned for the rest of the year.
Are you apart of a golf club? Why not put NICE forward to be the chosen charity of the year? By connecting NICE to community groups or businesses you can help support our work of transforming the lives of local people with movement disorders. Just get in touch for a chat with Hannah in the fundraising team if you have anything in mind.
Is that a MARATHON, you say?! That's right. Billy was the lucky winner in our London Marathon draw. He's been up at 5am to train, building up the miles in all weathers! Please show Billy your supportby sharing his page on your social media channelsand help him towards his target to fund vital therapy for children in Red Boots School. And we're sure he'd be delighted if you are able to offer a donation too! Or you can make a text donation to Billy's fundraising by texting NICE to 70470 to donate £3 (Texts cost £3 plus one standard rate message)
If you are a runner, the NICE Charity 10k Run is returning in October, so keep your eyes peeled for the sign up link!

Let us know if you would like to set up a Birthday Fundraiser on Facebook. It's simple to set up and is a huge help to us in raising both funds and awareness.
Since we launched birthday fundraisers for NICE in October last year our wonderful supporters have raised an amazing £3,399!
A huge thank you to Becketts Farm for an incredible £395.29 donation to the charity. We were included in their in-store tokens scheme and we're so grateful to every customer who popped a token in the NICE box. It really is wonderful to receive this local support.
The Arnold Clark Community Fund have supported NICE in their recent round of donations! We were so pleased to hear our application was successful and we have been awarded £1,000. This will make a great difference to the charity and we are very grateful for this support.
Primitivo Bar & Eatery decided to gift a generous donation to NICE to celebrate their 25th birthday. We are so grateful to have been chosen for this gift towards our services for children, and would like to thank and congratulate Primitivo Bar & Eatery on turning 25!
