CDHS is participating in an assessment with DocuSign to explore possible use cases for the platform at CDHS. The assessment will focus on forms and how those are distributed/collected/managed, both internal to CDHS employees and externally facing to our clients/constituents.
This effort will help evaluate current processes that require a form to be submitted, and help in determining possible options to digitize the forms and/or streamline associated processes. The results of this assessment will also help with the CDHS evaluation in line with the requirements of HB21-1100: Electronic Filing of Government Documents.
