After careful consideration, MSQC leadership has decided to modify our September Collaborative meeting to a
virtual format. With the uptick in the Delta variant, the comfort and safety of all in this rapidly changing environment is our top priority. Your continued collaboration is very important to us, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

You will receive a zoom link to access the webinar once you complete your registration.
If you are not able to attend the live session on the morning of September 24th, we will record the event and you can view the content at a later time to still receive participation points for meeting attendance.
Performance Index Scorecard Points
We will offer Performance Index points to all SC/SCQRs who view all of the Friday sessions and claim CME credits for them.
Please note that claiming CME is how we track who attended, so it is very important for you to complete that process.
Once you have attended or viewed the session, please complete an evaluation to claim your CME/CEU credits:
