As part of the AGM, the following positons are due for nominations:
2 year term:
Vice President
Secretary
Club Captain (Seniors)
Assistant Junior Manager
1 year term:
Patron (Invited)
Facilities Officer
Communications Officer
Sponsorship Officer
Social Officer
Events Coordinator
Committee Intern (available for members aged between 18 and 25)
There are also 4 Social Committee Members available,
which aren’t included as part of the Management Committee but help out with organising
and assisting with Club events during the year.
As per the Constitution, nominations for committee positions can be completed in writing and submitted via email to secretary@clwtc.org.au from the potential nominee and need to be received by Wednesday the 25 August.
Where there is more than one nomination for a position, a secret ballot will be held at the AGM.
If there are no written nominations received for any positions, nominations will be called for at the AGM.
