What a Great First Week!

Oh, We Missed the Smiles!

It has been a wonderful week full of fun activities, leading students to smile all day! Boy, did we miss those smiles! And even though, they are sometimes hidden behind those masks, they still warm our hearts. The smiles also reflect the excitement as children get acquainted with their new environment, regardless of restrictions or limitations. We appreciate your partnership to help us keep our community safe and our students protected!

Parent-Student Handbook

Please review the school handbook to understand the various policies and procedures. This guide includes protocols, operations and routines for students and parents to follow.
Also, make sure that your family submits the Handbook Acknowledgment Form, which includes the media release and technology policy.

Virtual Parent Orientation

We offered a virtual parent meeting to prepare families for the start of the new school year. During the virtual session, parents had the opportunity to hear details about the learning programs, safety policies and procedures, and expectations as they assist their children in preparing for the school routine and classroom dynamics.

Carpool Guidelines

Review the arrival and dismissal instructions for capool, along with the map to get acquainted with each zone and the process for drop-off and pick-up.

Seesaw

This is our new media repository that will replace Vidigami. We will migrate all archives to Seesaw to continue the student portfolios. Seesaw is a wonderful community tool that supports real-time connections with students, teachers and parents. Once we consolidate the portfolios, we will send parents an invitation to activate the portal.
Many parents in Primary and Lower School have received access to their classroom portfolio but we are still working on setting up Middle School and Early Childhood. We appreciate your patience!
