Things from the Blog

Confession, the idea of a fem fatale of the 1930s was a pretty strong influence on this set. My love of classic crime novels being pretty intense. There's a color version, too, of course, but I sort of like the black and white version.

Julie Matthews of Paper Doll School (and many other things) sent me this amazing set of the newsletter paper dolls in color. She did five of them and they might be my favorite thing ever right now.

Ramblings From Rachel

Hey all,

Usually at the end of July, I check in with myself on where I am for my Blog Goals for the year. I've done goals posts for so many years, I just assumed I did one at the end of 2020. Guess what? I didn't!

So, I suppose I should decide if I want to set some for the next half of 2021, meanwhile, one of my unwritten goals has been this newsletter.

While I am trying to finish like a million projects that are like 80% done, I can now check at least one off my to do list, because reformatting this newsletter was one of those projects! If you love it or hate it, let me know. You can always reply to these emails and I'll get it.
