Dear Members:
Attached are the materials for our upcoming Annual General Meeting. The meeting will be held on Thursday August 19th, 7:00 p.m. at the pavilion. We will be adhering to social distancing guidelines for this meeting and, therefore, will be asking members to ensure they maintain a distance of 6 feet from each other.
In the event of inclement weather, an update will be sent out Thursday morning with a Zoom link for a virtual meeting.
