If you are unable to attend, we will hold your wine for pick up at the tasting room at a later date. Please note that due to space limitations, we may ship or substitute wines that have not been picked up within thirty (30) days of the release date. For our out of town Members, we will be shipping your wines on or before the release date.
In addition to picking up your membership wines, you are invited to join us at DANCIN for the following culinary offerings from our kitchen, which will be served tableside. This will also include tastes of the two main membership wines.

CHICKEN PARMIGIANA with Rich Tomato Sauce & Fettuccine
The Septette is a blend of all seven distinct expressions of Pinot noir we grow on the estate. It is literally our Pinot noir vineyard in a glass! The ‘Septette’ was reserved and selected for you, our membership family.
From the Winemaking Team:
A discerning blend of all seven Pinot noir clones grown on the estate, it presents a delicate floral aroma, restrained fruit, and a light woodsy characteristic. Citrus opens the palate with fresh grapefruit, deep strawberry and a well-shaped tannin structure. While the fruit is pretty and utterly enjoyable, it is the ostensible tannins that drive this wine forward and will continue to do so in the years to come. This wine is great to drink now but will continue to age with finesse and grace.
Technical Data:
The fruit in the 2018 “Septette” comes from the seven original estate blocks and the seven originally planted clones including Pommard, Dijon 777, 667, 115, 828, 114 and Wadenswil 2A.
The fruit was harvested on October 3rd, 2018, with an overall average chemistry of 24.4 Brix, 3.29 pH. The fruit was hand-sorted 2 separate times on the morning of harvest: once in the field while picking and once on an inclined sorting table feeding the de-stemmer. The fruit was then allowed to cold soak until the yeast began fermentation, approximately 9 days. The fermenting must was then punched down daily during peak fermentation. The fermented wine grapes were then pressed, and our new wine moved directly to barrel. Following Malolactic fermentation, the wines were aged on lees until the following spring, when they were racked off lees and blended. The wine was bottled August 14th, 2019.
2018 DANCIN Vineyards Estate Grown 'Pas De Chat' Pinot Noir
A DANCIN favorite.
Tasting Notes:
The Pas de Chat in ballet refers to “the step of the cat.” Why name a wine the Pas de Chat? Simply because Sadie, our winery cat has made our Block 8 her territory for hunting. She makes certain that nothing gets in the way of “her” Block producing the best possible fruit for “her” wine! When she’s not watching over her vines, you might find her in a wedding!
From the Winemaking Team:
This eclectic estate blend of Pinot Noir opens with dense notes of forest floor, mushrooms, and cocoa powder. The earthiness rides into the palate, again with a mushroom characteristic, but brings along bold black fruit, blueberry, and a very succinct acid profile. The established flavor profile continues through the lengthy finish; however, the acid and tannin play off each other incredibly well and create a nervous tension that is quite unique and enjoyable. This is a wine that is tasting excellent now, but given time, will continue to soften and shine even brighter.
Technical Data:
The 2018 ‘Pas De Chat’ is a multi-clonal blend from block 8 of the estate; commonly referred to as the cat’s block. The grapes were picked with an average chemistry of 22.9 brix and 3.41 pH. The fruit was hand-sorted 2 separate times on the morning of harvest: once in the field while picking and once on an inclined sorting table feeding the de-stemmer.
The fruit was then allowed to cold soak for up to five days until a native fermentation began. The fermenting must was then punched down daily to enhance color and tannin extraction. After fermentation, the new wine was then drained directly to barrel, and remaining skins pressed. Following Malolactic fermentation, the wines were aged on lees until the following summer, when they were racked off lees, blended and bottled.
2019 DANCIN Vineyards 'Chasse' Chardonnay
A membership exclusive and favorite.
Tasting Notes From the Winemaking Team:
This fantastic representation of Dundee Hills Chardonnay opens with a noticeably vibrant nose of fresh lemon zest and summer nectarine integrated with warm pastry and toasted almonds. The palate carries a density that highlights the maturity of this wine alongside the curated oak profile which manifests as caramelized citrus and a textured creaminess. The finish is honed by the crisp acid backbone and adds a chalky minerality to the gentle brioche notes.
Technical Data:
The 2019 “Chasse” is a 2-clone blend, Dijon 76 and Dijon 95, from the Durant Vineyard in the Dundee Hills. The fruit was harvested with an overall average chemistry of 20.8 Brix, 3.21 pH. The fruit was hand-sorted 2 separate times on the morning of harvest; once in the field while picking and once on an inclined sorting table feeding the press. The fruit was pressed whole cluster and transferred to tank, where it received no sulfur additions in the start of a process called ‘black Chardonnay’. After settling and oxidation, the juice was transferred to barrel where it was inoculated and fermented. After fermentation, the wine underwent full Malolactic conversion. Post ML the wine was topped, sulfured and aged in barrel for a total of 18 months.
Wine club pricing on the ‘Septette’ Pinot noir is $33.60 or $31.50 depending on your level of Membership. Wine club pricing on the ‘Pas de Chat’ Pinot noir is $31.20 or $29.25 depending on your level of Membership. For two bottle members, unless otherwise requested, the ‘Septette’ Pinot noir will be paired with the ‘Chasse’ Chardonnay, which is priced at the pre-release price of $25.60 or $24.00, depending on your Membership level.
Therefore, two bottle Members will see a charge of $59.20 on their credit cards, while three bottle Members receiving the ‘Septette’ and ‘Pas de Chat’ Pinot noirs and the ‘Chasse’ Chardonnay will be charged $90.40, plus any applicable shipping if you’re out of the area. Six and twelve bottle Members will receive these wines (unless otherwise requested), plus additional selections at the deeper discounted rates. Charges will occur 0-7 days before the release date.

This will be a reservation only event for DANCIN WINE CLUB MEMBERS and is offered at NO CHARGE. It is our way of saying thank you for your amazing support and love for DANCIN!
These two concerts will also help raise awareness of the work being done by Hearts with a Mission and the Maslow Project. These non-profit organizations help meet the needs of homeless youth across the Rogue Valley. We look forward to an amazing night of music in the vineyard, and the opportunity to help support these very special organizations.

In The Vineyard - As harvest season approaches, we wanted to let you know that we have continued on our journey to dry farm the original estate vineyards, and so far this season, have successfully done so! Additionally, we have transitioned to farming these same blocks organically!
