Whilst South Africa has moved from lock down level 4 to level 3, certain provinces as however still their peak infection rates. We encourage you our members and assocates to continue playing your part in staving off the virus and potential fourth wave. As days grow longer and warmer toward Spring, we urge you to fight lockdown fatigue and maintain stringent safety protocols, and encourage others to do the same. Though it's a personal matter, we encourage you to get vaccinated for your own health and the goodwill of those around you.
This month we bring you an article that considers what it takes to support employees amid civil unrest and we take a look at how EAP counselling improves employee engagement and productivity.
With a global trend toward growing neurodiversity in the workplace, we examine how to support employees with cognitive impairment and we bring you practical insights on how to identify and turn a toxic workplace into a healthier environment.
As always we value your input and invite you to get in touch with us with feedback and ideas. We are always keen for you to share comments on our newsletter articles - tell us what you enjoy most and what would you like to read more about in your EAPA-SA newsletter.
