2021-22 Gymnastics BC Member Club Renewals

The 2021-22 Member Club Renewal form is now available. This year’s form is NOT a pdf (as it has been in prior years) and is instead a form which will need to be completed via your club’s GymBC Uplifter portal (https://gymbc.uplifterinc.com). Please complete the renewal process at your earliest convenience, and pay the 2021-22 renewal fee of $360 before Sep 1, 2021 in order to avoid a $50 late fee.
You can send your club’s renewal payment via e-Transfer (email to: accounting@gymbc.org), mail a cheque to the GymBC office, or phone 604-333-3498 to pay by credit card (Visa/MC).

Renewal Form link: https://gymbc.uplifterinc.com/registration/product-detail/GBC-RENEWCLUB-21-22 (can also be found on the following page https://gymbc.org/registration-forms).
  • The annual Member Club Compliance Statement must be submitted via the renewal process in Uplifter. The link to the file is included in the renewal form instructions but it is also available here should you wish to download it in advance, before going to the online Renewal Form.
Reminder: those in key personnel positions within your club MUST have a valid Criminal Record Check (CRC) on file with Gymnastics BC (within the last three years) and needs to be registered with your club as a GymBC member (e.g. Club staff or Board/Volunteer etc.). Please upload CRCs for these individuals as you complete your club’s renewal form. If you are missing CRCs for any of your key personnel individuals, please be sure to request that they complete a CRC as soon as possible. When you receive their CRC, please forward it to membership@gymbc.org.
See GymBC website for CRC details: https://gymbc.org/criminal-record-checks.

The 2021-22 Individual member registration form (pdf) that some clubs use for registering their individual members has also been updated. You can find the updated form on our website: https://gymbc.org/public/uploads/Individual-member-form.pdf.

The 2021-22 forms for Associate membership and Auxiliary membership will updated shortly and will be available at the following link once available: https://gymbc.org/registration-forms.

If you have any membership-related questions, please contact membership@gymbc.org. Thank you.
