Service Team August Project
During the month of August, please help us provide support for needy local families and babies. We are collecting baby items such as diapers, baby formula (Gerber Good Start), baby wipes, outlet plugs, burp towels and bibs, baby and toddler clothes, etc. Please bring items to the church and place them in the Pack n Plays in the narthex. You may also pick up a plastic baby bottle and collect your loose change and bring it back full to the church. All items and money will be donated to Life’s Connection here in Mukwonago. Life’s Connection provides medical, pregnancy and family resources in Mukwonago and Waukesha.

Time to purchase your tickets for our 100th Anniversary Celebration on September 12th, as the last date to purchase tickets is August 26th.
NO tickets will be sold after August 26th.
Please note that tickets will be sold on a first-come basis. You can purchase them after services or from the church office during normal business hours.
Do not delay as seating is limited.
We are also looking for the following on that Sunday. Please contact the church office if you would like to help out.
- Helpers to assist with various tasks that morning
- We wonder if anyone has a golf cart or UTV that we could use that day
An indoor worship will be held at 8 a.m., and the catered brunch will follow the 10:30 a.m. service, which will be outdoors under a tent on the green space, with Bishop Paul Erickson preaching at both services.
There will NOT be a 9 a.m. online Zoom worship service on September 12th.
The brunch following the 10:30 worship service is being catered by Zilli’s of Waukesha and will include a grilled chicken breast main course. This is a ticketed event for two reasons. First, our brunch cost is on a “per plate” basis, so we need an accurate count for our caterer two weeks prior to the event. Second, a nominal charge of $10 for adults and $5 for children (3-12) will partially offset our costs.
We are also inviting pastors from the past to join us this summer as guest pastors and partake in the celebration on September 12th. We will be welcoming the following:
- Sunday, August 22nd – Pastor Robin Brown
- Sunday, August 29th – Pastor Paul VanDeBerg
- Sunday, September 12th – Bishop Paul Erickson will be preaching, with the following serving: Brent Gustafson, Pastor Chuck Larson, and Pastor Suellen Myers

Please join us this Sunday, August 22nd, for Outdoor Worship at 10:15, as weather allows. Come and worship God!
Bring your lawn chairs as we gather in the parking lot outside the main entrance. Masks are not required, but we will maintain our six feet of distance, as we can sing to our hearts content! Hope to see you there!
A word about parking. The driveway entrance off Main Street will be closed to allow for seating. Please use street parking, the lower level parking lot entrance off Henry Street, or the lot at Little Lambs Daycare.
If you prefer to remain in your car, the worship service will be aired over the FM radio dial at 89.3, The Tree.
