Cornflake slices combine cornflakes and coconut with a jammy centre. They are reminiscent of flapjack, but without the oats. They also vaguely remind me of cornflake tart from my Primary school days, which was a successful combination of cereal and jam too. All-in-all, these bars are rustic yet utterly irresistible.
