CPO pre-inquiry meeting details
THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL (A4010 SOUTH EAST AYLESBURY LINK ROAD) COMPULSORY PURCHASE ORDER 2020
A Pre-Inquiries Meeting will be held as a virtual event beginning at 10.00 am on Tuesday 24 August 2021 where the Inspector will arrange the timetable for the proceedings in connection with the Orders named below. The right to make representations at the Public Local Inquiries will in no way be prejudiced by the inability to attend or be represented at the Pre-Inquiries Meeting.
Anyone wishing to attend the Inquiries and/or at the Inspector’s discretion give their views, must make their interest known to the Planning Inspectorate as soon as possible prior to the Inquiry. Please make it clear in your response whether you wish only to appear at the Inquiry, make a statement or whether you would also wish to ask questions on particular topics.
Those wishing to join the meeting should contact ETC@planninginspectorate.gov.uk quoting the DPI reference number (DPI/P0430/21/9) and giving their contact details. Alternatively, telephone 0303 4445572.
Registered participants will receive individual joining instructions, providing details of any requirements, guidance and support, for joining by Teams or telephone.
If you want to take an active part but feel unable to for any reason, and/or the points you want to make are not covered in the evidence of others, please consider whether someone else could raise them on your behalf.
