Principal's Update
There is a lot of new and detailed information in this letter. Please take the time to go through it. We thank you and are VERY excited for school to begin! See you all Monday at 4:00 for the Back To School Event!
Class Lists posted - August 13 at 4:00 pm
The class lists will be posted on our exterior doors on the east sides of the building: door 1 and door 2. Please remember that these lists are private and are not to be posted on social media, websites, or pictures taken and shared.
Back to School Supply Drop Night - August 16 - Outdoor event only 4:00-5:00
Below is a map that lets you know where your child's grade level will be sitting. Please take the time to go over this before you arrive. Teachers will have signs with their names and grade levels on them. PTO will be providing popsicles for children.
Vehicle Traffic Pattern Map - We have provided a vehicle traffic pattern map for those who will be driving to school. Please look this over as there are a few areas that parent vehicles can not use. Our priority is keeping all students safe when they come to school and appreciate your cooperation.
Student Morning Drop Off Map - The third map is where students will line up in the mornings. This has changed a little bit from a few days ago. Please look it over even if you were told to go to a certain door. While you are attending the back to school event, please find the area where your student will line up. We have made our seating arrangements for the evening to be close to the doors the students will line up at.
Student Dismissal - WALKING students will be guided out the back doors (west side) of the school. Please make a point to discuss a meeting spot with your child/ren where you will meet. A good opportunity to do this would be at the Back to School Night event. Having a spot chosen before school starts will alleviate your child/ren and staff stress levels :)
BUS students will be brought to the cafeteria and then walked by staff to the bus area. We will have bus numbers but it will also be helpful if you know the number and talk with your child about it as well.
VEHICLE PICK UP students will be walked to the front of the school by staff. Please abide by the vehicle traffic pattern map. Parents are also, welcome to park in the designated area and walk up to meet their students.
