Call for programs:
AfterZone and Hub 2021-2022 Academic Year
Dear PASA Partner,
We are excited to release our AfterZone and Hub Request for Proposals (RFP) for the 2021-2022 academic year. Following a year and a half of primarily virtual programs, we look forward to returning to our partner schools and offering a full lineup of arts, sports, STEM and skills programs across our middle and high school sites.
We have spent the past few months upgrading our RFP system, and a new feature allows you to select any and all sessions you are interested in applying for from fall through spring. If you know now that you are interested in running programs beyond the fall session, feel free to submit that proposal now. If you are unsure about the months beyond the fall session, don’t worry. PASA will be leaving program slots open, and there will be additional opportunities to apply for the winter and spring sessions.
AfterZone and Hub, PASA’s session dates are:
-
Fall: October 4 – December 10, 2021
-
Winter: January 18 – April 1, 2021
-
Spring: April 25 – June 3, 2021
At this time, PASA is planning for normal operations (with COVID precautions), but all applicants must understand that we many need to make changes to program operations at any time before or during program sessions. All programs must be prepared to shift online if needed, either for quarantine purposes or if the schools can no long accommodate us in the buildings. Additionally, all program educators and staff must follow Providence Schools’ and PASA’s COVID rules when working with youth in the schools or at off-site locations. Masks are required of all individuals in the school buildings and at off-site programs. PASA will share any additional requirements once they are received from Providence Schools.
