Our inaugural Local Government Planning Showcase will be held at Crown Perth on Tuesday, 21 September. This event is an exciting opportunity to learn from and be inspired by new and innovative work happening in Local Government Planning. The session includes a fully catered buffet lunch as well as access to the WALGA Trade Exhibition.

We are pleased to announce our event sponsor element will be presenting their recent work with the Shire of Waroona on its Town Centre Revitalisation Strategy.

Hear from Caden McCarthy (Town of Vic Park) and Harriet Farminer (WSP) on their contemporary approach to movement through their work on the Town's Transport Strategy.

Craig Slarke from McLeod's will present an update on recent State Administrative Tribunal decisions and other legal matters relevant to Local Government Planners.

Donna Shaw, recent Planner of the Year recipient and Manager of Development and Place at the Town of Bassendean will share the Town's approach to protecting and growing its urban forest.
