MOTLOT regular editions are published every other Sunday with specific health topics; the Friday Fave editions are published every other -well I bet you can guess! Friday! "Meet Me in the MOTLOT Kitchen" is published every other Tuesday, with dinner recipes that I have made the previous week. Newest to the line up is "Quick Tips for Healthy Eating" which will find its place in the editorial calendar! Occasionally I will write a special edition, and don't worry, as a MOTLOT-er you will receive them all!
