Cards Against Humanity on Tuesday Nights is the Liberty Hall at 7pm
We are so excited to announce that Tuesday Nights in the Liberty Hall we will now be hosting Cards Against Humanity night.
This is a great game that promises to keep you laughing all night long so be sure to come on in and give it a try.
If you have never played do not worry one bit. This game is so easy you will know what you are doing by your second round.

A1A Jax Band is back this Friday at 7 pm in the Freedom Hall. They are a post favorite So be sure to be here and check them out. They will keep you entertained and dancing all night long.

Join us this Saturday, August 7th for food from the Patty Shack food truck. They specialize in patty melts, chicken melts, salads, tater tots and more. So come up hungry Saturday. They will be here with us from 530 pm to 730 pm

Every Monday in Liberty Hall
Weekly line dancing classes are being held every Monday at 7 pm in the Liberty Hall. This is an great time so be sure to come join in on the fun! If you missed the first few weeks don't worry - you can still come and have a fabulous time!

Project Vet Relief is raffling off a Vespa LX 150. Tickets cost only $20 each and are now on sale in both canteens. The Vespa itself is on display in the Liberty Hall so stop on by and check it out and grab a couple of tickets. Winner will be drawn on August 28th. You do not need to be present to win.

Sunday, August 8th
Millie will be in the kitchen this Sunday morning serving up a corned beef breakfast special plus the full regular menu. So stop by between 9 am and 11 am and start your day off right.

This is the last week to drop off your donations of school supplies as the ALR will be dropping them off this Saturday to a school in the local beaches area. Please have all donations to the Post no later than Thursday.

Monday Nights in Liberty Hall
Join us for our new weekly corn hole tournaments in Liberty Hall on Mondays at 7 pm. $5 entry fee. Monies collected will be used for prize money, 70% for 1st Place, 30% for 2nd Place. Double Elimination, Blind Draw. So come on up for the fun!

Open Mic this Wednesday, and every Wednesday night, in the Liberty hall and we couldn't be more excited! Be sure to come on up to the Liberty hall on Wednesday night and check out these fabulous musicians.
They are trying something new this month at Open Mic. An acoustic circle before the stage welcomes players. They are here setting up anyway, so from 5:30-7:00 pm this Wednesday, August 4th there is some extra bonus playing time. Even if you are not on the list to play, you can come in and join the circle. The kitchen and bar are serving also at this time. Check it out.

Most of you are aware that we get the day old bread from Publix on Thursdays what you most likely haven't heard is that we are now getting it Tuesdays as well. So be sure to stop on by and grab a loaf or some sweets.

The Bloodmobile will be onsite here at The American Legion Post 129 starting at 11 am on Saturday, September 11th.
Every minute of every day, someone needs blood. That blood can only come from a volunteer donor, a person like you who makes the choice to donate. Give the gift of life, mark your calendars and plan on being here.

Football season is right around the corner! Remember we are your front row ticket to every game! With the NFL ticket and Fifteen Large Flat Screen TV's you will never miss a play by your favorite team!
Both the Liberty & Freedom Hall will be open on Sundays (Liberty Hall starting August 22nd) for football as well as the kitchen which will be serving up a delicious menu that Richard is putting together, So plan on making Post 129 you football headquarters.
