This is an announcement from Tanque Verde Pediatrics regarding our current scheduling and office patient flow. We are experiencing a very high volume of sick visits due to respiratory illnesses and Covid. We are filling our patient panels daily with these sick visits and well checks. We continue to work hard to see all of our patients who need an appointment in our office. We do not like to refer to urgent cares or emergency rooms. However, in this current climate, we may occasionally need to do so. We appreciate your patience as we work on ways to expand our hours and staffing in order to provide all of our patients with continued pediatric care.
