Dear all,

The absolute highlight of last month was my reunion with Phoebe the Pup.

But I must say, having my book The Lost Art of Connecting selected as one of Fortune's "Best books of 2021—so far," alongside works from some truly incredible authors, was extraordinary. Being showcased by Pat Mitchell in her Five Books I Cannot Wait To Read This Summer was a gift. I was also recognized as one of Forbes' "50 Over 50 Women Making Impact" for my and McPherson Strategies' work in social impact communications (go team!), and what an honor to be a guest on Harvard Business Review's IdeaCast to discuss how we can best go about reconnecting as we emerge from the pandemic.

I wanted to reach out and share these recognitions in the hopes that they might provide some inspiration as many of us are transitioning back to in-real-life interactions. Not to mention, I love hearing other people's wins! So please tell me yours, too.

I would LOVE to visit your organization (virtually or IRL) to talk about how we can build rich, authentic, and purposeful relationships in life and at work. Over the last couple months, I’ve conducted talks, fireside chats and workshops at Mastercard, WW, Amazon, Microsoft, Coca-Cola, Google, Bloomberg, The Women’s Forum and more. There is great enthusiasm for this topic, and if I can help get more people feeling comfortable and authentic as we connect and reconnect, well — that’s the biggest win of all.

Interested? Please reach out to press@mcpstrategies.com.

Warmest,

Susan

P.S.: If you'd also like to purchase a copy of the book, you can do so here or at your favorite bookseller. Thank you!
