As you are aware, Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) psychomotor examinations are not administered by the National Registry. All EMR and EMT psychomotor exams are administered by either the State EMS Office or at the training institution (with approval and oversight provided by the State EMS Office).

The National Registry does not maintain nor update any content on these user guides, psychomotor skill sheets or supporting materials and will no longer provide public access to them. 

We understand some training programs and States EMS Offices may want access to these historical documents, so in order to make that possible, they will be available to all State Officials, Program Directors and Examination Coordinators in your account. This means you must log in to access them. We encourage you to download the files and keep copies locally if they are needed.
