Dear Brothers and Sisters,

On Monday, August 2 at 6:45 AM, Charles ‘Mac’ Robb, our beloved sangha member and deeply committed and much loved TBC Center caretaker passed away. He had a massive stroke on Thursday morning and was on life support until the very difficult decision was made by his partner, Bill, to allow him to pass on Sunday.

For those of you who would like to pay your respects in person, the viewing will take place this Saturday from 12 to 2 at Dinan Funeral Home at 1923 Spring Garden Street in Philadelphia. We will also do a memorial for Mac at his second home - TBC, in the fall.

We are all saddened by the passing of this great human who always fought for justice and equality with a deep compassion for all and a childlike curiosity for knowledge and true understanding, even at the age of 74. He was a lifelong student, but his daily actions made him the greatest teacher.

With love,

Spiritual Director,
Losang Samten

President,
Elazar Aslan
