Garver at a Glance: More Live Jazz, Garver Getaway Packages, and Better Bike Access

Jazz bands have been bringing live music to our patio nearly every Friday this summer and this coming Wednesday we are lucky enough to be hosting some Jazz Greats - Herlin Riley, Victor Goines and Friends.
Speaking of art, plan your trip to Garver for a day-long festival featuring augment reality art. What is augmented reality art? We don't know but we do know Garver Events NEVER disappoints!
Our specially crafted Garver Experiences packages are an opportunity to, well, experience Garver's various sides as a wellness destination, a foodie hub, and an art & culture exhibit.
Lastly, Garver is known for its bike accessibility, which will be improved in the next couple months thanks to a new bike path by the City of Madison!

Garver recently hosted lifestyle blogger Cheryl Leahy, for a stress-free partners getaway.
"Words cannot express how much I enjoyed this weekend getaway for couples, for many reasons. First and foremost, spending time with someone whose company I enjoy and want to connect with is one of the greatest gifts in life. I highly encourage couples, especially parents, to figure out a way to take a retreat like this. TALK to each other, share experiences together, leave everything else at home. Let someone else do the planning- the team at Garver Feed Mill has done such an incredible job with coordinating and curating experiences that will rethink what the most important things in life are. Health, wellness, connection and experiences with those you love, and a weekend getaway for couples is a necessary journey in my book."

Madison's most bike-able destination will soon become even more accessible by bike! The City of Madison is currently constructing a new 2800-foot long pedestrian shared use path that connects the existing Capital City Path at Sugar Avenue northward to Milwaukee Street. Three structural elements are part of the design including a new bridge crossing over Starkweather Creek to more directly connect the Eastmoreland neighborhood to Garver Feed Mill. Construction of the bike path is expected to finish in October.
