Gabby just entered into the workforce and is an enthusiastic team member but self-admittedly has a lot to learn about nonprofits. Gabby is looking forward to diving into the rules of UBIT, what it means to write better grants, how to achieve a better work/life/tech balance, and meeting more of her peers - fellow development directors!

Freddy is busy working in direct service and care and doesn’t have too much extra time to give to the operations of the organization – or more online training. But it’s been a long 18 months and Freddy’s feeling the weight of the world on his shoulders. He's built an agenda with the right balance of connection, learning, and inspiration. 

Bayani has been on the board of his local Habitat for Humanity for four years and has recently accepted the nomination of Board Chair. Bayani is wanting to step-up his game as a savvy and supportive nonprofit board leader. He's looking forward to The Compassionate Board session and learning more about donor engagement and strategic planning.

Ella is an experienced Executive Director that recently accepted a new leadership position with a prominent arts organization in her community. Ella is looking to innovate the operations and offerings of her nonprofit so is most looking forward to the Fundraising: Ready for a Reboot? session and the Mindful Workplace keynote. 

Some people say they know it all, but Sacilia really does. Sacilia is, in short, an HR gift – but also should probably be presenting some of our topics. Yet, the only thing that is certain, is change, and Sacilia wants to stay up to date on new trends and needs in the nonprofit sector in Montana. Sacilia’s schedule includes The Human Stack, Staffing Strategies, An Essential Workplace Guide, the DiSC and You! Coffee Talk, and the Into the Future panel.

Dollars? Rashid has raised a few. He's been called a rockstar fundraiser by some yet is still hungry for more knowledge to fire-up his fundraising. Rashid is excited for these sessions: Donor Engagement in 2020 and Beyond, From Paper to People, Why Grantwriting is a Lot Like Dating, and Do More Than Hear, Listen. Rashid is also looking forward to Deep Dive #4: An Organizational Approach to Racial Equity with Meshayla Cox and Kaleigh Mency.
