REVIEW OF PREVIOUS MINUTES:

1. Speakers at Committee Meetings: Work in progress per meeting

2. Republicans to unify: Always vote Republican. One Republican Party, UNdivided

3. Facebook Account: Points to the GRC website, www.goffstowngop.org. Facebook page can be accessed/viewed by anyone but only the administrator can approve posts prior to posting.

4. GRC Growth: Pat has not been able to speak with the owner of Putnam’s regarding use of their facility for larger meetings due to (her) medical emergency. He hopes to accomplish this before the next meeting.

5. GRC BBQ: Due to the high cost, we will not be inserting a flyer into the Neighborhood News. For further discussion of BBQ, see tonight’s Agenda Topics #1, 2 & 3.

6. GRC Finances: Per Jan Soderquist, Treasurer, the balance of the GRC checking account is five hundred & four dollars and forty-two cents ($504.42).

Rep. Claire Rouillard is to ask John Burt to attend.

Lily Tang Williams is not available.

2. GRC BBQ:

1. Chair Pat Cameron has created an EventBrite page for the flyer. ALL who plan to attend must register at the website.

2. Confirm number of attendants by August 24, 2021.

3. Donna Liberge to pick-up foods at BJ’s on Wednesday, August 25, 2021.

4. Depending on the number of attendants, GRC Committee members may be requested to bring extra chairs.

5. Inform the Hillsborough County Executive Committee of the BBQ.
