What did you do last week?
          

                              
Doug Lerner : I went to visit my friend's grave. I cleaned up my office for Pao. I lost some more weight (down 63.2 kg = 139 lb to 65.8 kg = 145 lb).


                                                        
Masanori Tatsui : Now I'm at the mountain house.

Toyoko Tsugehara : I went shopping with my older sister who needed help.

 
                                                           
Cathy Lerner : About the weather in Boston, as usual.


                                                     

Rosalie & Myles Tanaka : Our seaside house was a bit flooded by a typhoon.

 

                                
Akie Omori : I went to the beauty salon.  I put unneeded clothes in the recycling box installed at the city hall.


                                                             
Keiko Tsurumaki : The director of the hospital where I work is very exhausted from the current situation.


                                                               
Isamu Uchida : About the board game I thought of. 

             

                                 
Yuriko Yamada : I went to the hospital for my health check. 
This is a dress I bought after it was recommended by a clerk.

                                                                 
Sanae Sugimura : There were emergency alarm checks, a visiting dentist, and home visits. I had a stomachache every day.

 

 

Skydiving

 

One day Yoko visited a skydiving company and told them, “It is my long-time dream. I’d like the once in a lifetime experience of skydiving!”

 

“We understand. Here are the fee plans. We hope you enjoy it!”

 

Yoko paid the fees, and then boarded a Cessna. 

 

When the plane reached the top of the sky, the instructor said to Yoko, “This is the jump point. Please open the door of the Cessna and jump out.”

 

Yoko replied, “Yes. By the way, where is my parachute? I’m not wearing it yet.”           

 

The instructor replied, “Since this is a once in a lifetime experience you don’t need a parachute, right?”

 

スカイダイビング

ある日のこと、陽子はスカイダイビングの会社を訪れて懇願した。

「私の長年の夢なんです。一生に一度でいいからスカイダイビングをやってみたいんです。お願いします！」

「分かりました。それでは料金プランはこちらになります。是非楽しんできてください」

陽子は料金を支払い、セスナに乗り込んだ。

そして、遥か上空にたどり着いたとき、インストラクターが陽子に言った。

「さあ、ここが落下地点です。セスナの扉を開けますから、ここから飛び降りてください」

「はい、ところでパラシュートはどこですか。私まだ装着してませんけど」

「一生に一度でいいなら、パラシュートは不要でしょ？」
