This meeting will be held in the Commissioners’ Chambers of the David R. Sandifer Building, 30 Government Center Drive NE, Bolivia, NC, 28422.

- Approval of Agenda
- Public Comments. Any individual or group who wishes to address the board may make a request to be on the agenda to the Board of Elections Staff. Public comments should be limited to three to five minutes.
- One-Stop Early Voting – March 8, 2022 Primary
- The one-stop plan will not be finalized at this meeting. During this meeting, the board will accept public comments and have discussion on possible locations and the schedule.
- One-stop begins the third Thursday before an election and ends on the last Saturday before an election. For the primary, that is February 17 – March 5.
- A county board of elections by unanimous vote of all its members may provide for one or more satellite sites in that county for one-stop voting.
- On each weekday all satellite one-stop sites shall be open from 8:00 am to 7:30 pm.
- If the county board of elections opens satellite sites on Saturdays or Sundays during the one-stop voting period, then all satellite sites shall be open for the same number of hours on those Saturdays or Sundays.
- All sites open on the last Saturday from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm.
