Greetings from the farm! September brings along the welcoming feeling of Spring, filled with the possibilities of abundance and new growth. We have an exciting new feature this week - Bok Choy. Also known as Pak Choi, it is a type of Chinese White Cabbage - a small, tender brassica wonderful raw in salads or in stir-fries. This will accompany a lovely range of hearty produce, including, Cocktail Tomatoes, Leeks and Orange Sweet Potatoes.
