IMPORTANT INFO FOR ALL PUPS!
When to stay home & contact Nurse Hechler
· You have a fever of 100° or higher, the day before or day of school
· Are confirmed positive for COVID-19 – for ANYONE in your home
· Awaiting COVID-19 test results – for ANYONE in your home
· Display classic COVID-19 symptoms – severe headache, cough, fever, diarrhea, loss of taste/smell, severe fatigue, muscle aches
· Live with someone who is COVID positive or presumed COVID positive
· Have been notified to be a close contact of either a presumed or confirmed COVID positive person
Contact Nurse Hechler immediately for the above situations – time is of the essence

THE LANIER PTO CORNER
Unlike many of our elementary schools, the Lanier PTO is free to join for all. Please save the date! Our first Lanier PTO meeting will be Wednesday, September 22 at 9:00am and will be held virtually. Look out for the link coming soon! We also plan to have two additional virtual meetings this Fall, November 17th and December 15th.

Lanier Cross Country Wants YOU!
If you are a 7th or 8th grader interested in running Cross Country, please join us for the first day of practice Monday 8/30 from 6:30-8:00AM on the soccer field. Practices are held Monday – Thursday 6:30-8:00AM. Please make sure to have all the necessary paperwork filled out online before practice. Lanier Ultra - Impact: Strength and Conditioning
Who are we...?
Ultra-Impact: Strength and Conditioning serves as a purpose to enrich the
minds of young teens by educating them in fitness techniques, nutritional
awareness, and healthy relationships with themselves and others. All grade
levels are eligible!
When and Where do we meet...?
T-Building → Weight Room/Patio → Morning from 7:00am to 8:00am → begins August 30th.
(Subject to change upon Athletic Scheduling)
What will we do...?
Strength Conditioning- Boxing, Weightlifting, Calisthenics, Yoga, Cardio Conditioning

Scholastic Cross - Curriculum Tutoring
About Us
Scholastic Cross – Curriculum Tutors serves the community of Lanier Middle
School by assisting students who may be either struggling or not struggling in
their respective classes. Scholastic is PEER tutoring and provides a safe
comforting environment where students can be offered education assistance
from a fellow student. Scholastic Tutors have been serving the Lanier Family
for two year now and are proud to continue this service for years to come.
What we offer
Tutoring Assistance is provided in the following subjects:
- Reading - Math - Science
- History - Spanish - Chinese
- French - Tech

ONLINE STORE:
The Online Store is currently OPEN and will CLOSE on Tuesday, August 31st.
Orders will be available for pick up in the Lanier Gear Spirit Store BY STUDENTS ONLY on Tuesday, September 14th – Friday, September 17th from 10:30am-1pm (ALL lunches)
A pick-up schedule will be announced prior to September 14th.
IN-STORE UPDATE:
**We have limited inventory during this time in the physical store – we are currently out of ALL Youth XL, Youth L and Adult S sizes.
