Remembering Douglas McSwain F3 Bill Monroe

The Rock Region lost our revered triple respect Doug McSwain over the weekend. Pray for the family and his sons Bill (F3 PCH) and Chris (F3 Mongo).

9/11 Convergence

A convergence to commemorate the 20th anniversary will be held on Saturday 9/11/21 at Fountain Park. Bring as many American flags and as many coupons as you can get as we traverse he stairs of the Hotbox. Invite any first responders, active military, and veterans to attend. Breakfast will be prepared onsite and served following the workout ($10 suggested donation) with proceeds going to the 809 Foundation.

The Backyard (F3 Dads) will begin meeting at 2:00pm, starting this Saturday (9/4/21). In addition, the meet up spot will be in the Sullivan MS parking lot across from Cherry Park (the gates to access the track are locked).
