It seems like only yesterday when we were getting the park ready to be opened and, just like that, the summer is drawing to an end! Please read on for information on upcoming events and information for renewals. 
Last day for pools: September 6th
To wrap up labour day weekend, the pool will be closed up after September 6th. Big thank you to all our lifeguards for working through the summer and best of luck as they all head off to school!
2022 Renewals
Renewals
Hardcopies of the 2022 License of Occupation and Schedule 1 will be available in the office as of Tuesday August 23rd and a downloadable PDF is now available by clicking the button below.

As always, this contract has to be completed and submitted before we will accept your renewal deposit of $565.00. Also, your account balance must be fully cleared up. The deadline for completing the paperwork and paying your deposit is September 15th.
Changes to note
Most changes and modifications to the rules in the LOO are highlighted in the document, but here is a quick list of things to look for:
  • beginning 2022, renewals for the concurrent season are due by the end of Labour Day weekend of the current year and renewal deposits will be a minimum of $750.00 (p. 7)
  • all used trailers sold in the park must have a full inspection with a written report by a registered RV technician made available to the buyer, in addition to a TSSA pass, prior to selling (p. 8)
  • all trailers/vehicles parking in the Trailside parking lot must first register at the office and pay either a seasonal or nightly rate (p. 10)
  • there is an added warning about a possible evacuation, should it be required for pest control spraying of the property (p. 13)

Season fees
The last two years have seen unprecedented expenses for every aspect of our business as we have fought to stay open throughout the pandemic. We are incredibly proud of our staff for all of the work they have done to help get us through this. As we continually strive to improve Sandaraska park, our goal is to build a vacation resort that you are proud to be a member of. The last two years have seen some very visible improvements, with the new playgrounds, bathroom, paddocks, trail system and parking areas.  We have also been hard at work improving the infrastructure that you don’t see, adding a second well, improving the electrical grid and we are still hard at work to finish the septic area for the horse section. Our plans for La Barn and sports courts and better lots for our overnight guests are still in the works, but it has been a struggle getting all of this done in a pandemic. We understand that rate increases are always hard, please talk to us if you need payment options. 
We will be doing a review of sites in the park as we set up a tiered system of rates to reflect the various size and characteristics of each specific site. This rate list will be available before we start renewals for 2023.
