APPLY TO BE SENIOR MANAGER, RESPONSIBLE SOURCING

This could be you if you have...
  • Experience working on one or more of the following issues: integrity and responsible business conduct, human rights, supply chain management (10+ years), ideally within the minerals sector.
  • Experience with team building and managing staff based in multiple locations.
  • Commercial acumen and Business Development Experience
  • Good financial literacy including ability to design and manage budgets.
  • Experience and judgement managing complex and sensitive programmes and projects.
  • Digital literacy, including awareness of how the fourth industrial revolution is changing the responsible sourcing, audit and assurance sector.
  • Management system audit qualification(s) (e.g., ISO 19011)
  • Significant experience of social compliance audits
  • Strong sense of ethics and discretion
  • Excellent public speaking and networking skills to represent Levin Sources at industry events.
