As a team member, you could support large and small clients design and implement their responsible mining, sourcing and sustainability strategies, get to grips with what ‘ESG’ means in practice, shape their communications and stakeholder engagement practices, monitor emerging trends, and ultimately shift the dial to make minerals positively impact society through institutional and sectoral transformation.

• Senior Manager Responsible Sourcing (salary range: £50,000 - £60,000) 
• Research and Project Assistant (salary in the region of £23,000)

• Experience working on one or more of the following issues: integrity and responsible business conduct, human rights, supply chain management (10+ years), ideally within the minerals sector.
• Experience with team building and managing staff based in multiple locations.
• Commercial acumen and Business Development Experience
• Good financial literacy including ability to design and manage budgets.
• Experience and judgement managing complex and sensitive programmes and projects.
• Digital literacy, including awareness of how the fourth industrial revolution is changing the responsible sourcing, audit and assurance sector.
• Management system audit qualification(s) (e.g., ISO 19011)
• Significant experience of social compliance audits
• Strong sense of ethics and discretion
• Excellent public speaking and networking skills to represent Levin Sources at industry events.
