How to rebook your Cancelled July Exam
(These arrangements are for Distance students only)
We are glad to say that we have put together a plan to allow you to rebook your cancelled July Exam.
You have been allocated a voucher to allow you to re-book to specific dates and options:
- A paper exam sitting in the 3rd week of September at one of the 6 venues
- An online exam for ANY available date on the existing timetable
- A paper exam sitting in November, as per the current timetable and venues
These rebooking options will be open for you to rebook as of today.
For the rebooking, follow the specific instructions as detailed below and on the Knowledge Base.
DEADLINE: You have until 3 September 2021 to do your July rebooking to the special exam week scheduled in September. Please see the dates and subjects below.

- Wednesday, 22 September 2021 - ITRT, OLRP, MGMT, CPBK, HRLR, BLAP
- Thursday, 23 September 2021 - BLAC, MMPR, ECON, BOA3, BUSL
Venues
- Goodwood Sports Club with a maximum capacity of 50 people
- Glenwood Presbyterian Church with a maximum capacity of 50 people
- Benoni Central Methodist Church with a maximum capacity of 108 people
- ABC International Braamfontein with a maximum capacity of 120 people
- IBTC Sandton with a maximum capacity of 78 people
- Akasia Country Club with a maximum capacity of 50 people
NB: Bookings for this series closes on 3 September 2021, but we urge you to book your exam ASAP to ensure that you are able to write at the available venues. Please keep in mind that space are limited due to us adhering to COVID-19 restrictions and bookings are on a first-come first-served basis.
Results release of the September special exam week will be 5 November 2021.

Corporate Strategy (CRPS)
A NEW exam date for Corporate Strategy (CRPS) has been scheduled for the 8th of November 2021. Bookings can be made with the rebooking voucher for this exam.

Terms and Conditions
- The FREE rebooking voucher(s) as indicated above, is to be used for each exam subject you were booked for in July.
- The voucher is subject-specific and can't be used for any other subject or for new bookings.
- The voucher is ONLY valid until 30 September 2021. Ie you MUST rebook by this date.
- The voucher MUST be used when rebooking. If the voucher is not used, the July entry will be forfeited.
- The voucher may be used to book you for any exam date up to and including December 2021, for the specific subject scheduled as per the current ICB Timetable.
- The deadline for bookings for the Special new exam week in September is 3 September 2021. NO late entries for this special exam week will be considered.
- You can rebook to any type of exam. Ie from paper to online and from online to paper.

We understand that some students will be disappointed that we cannot accommodate them at their local venues earlier, but we hope and trust that there is an understanding that we are doing all that is reasonably possible under these challenging circumstances.
